Established in 2004, the Mercy HealthPlex Sea Wolves provides a year-round competitive program for
all ages and abilities. Sea Wolves allows flexibility for a swimmer to achieve their goals both in and out of the water. Our experienced and committed coaching staff provides the highest quality instruction and encourages our athletes to be their best.
Our team also works with athletes with disabilities who have the desire to swim competitively. Our coaches have a strong background in working with children with disabilities of all types. We are a member of both Ohio Swimming and USA Swimming under the team code MHSW-OH.  Mercy HealthPlex coaches are employees of Power Wellness.

The Swim Coach is responsible for providing members an individualized instruction in a group environment that is tailored to their needs and skill ability. The Swim Coach will also assist with swim meets, swim clinics and team events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Lead and assist small group swim practices, with the ability to coach at various levels. 2. Coach within standard guidelines of specialty certifications. Must be willing to obtain all required USA Swimming and Ohio Swimming coaching certifications. 3. Maintain industry certification in good standing and meet continuing education requirements. 4. Work closely with the Lead coaches to create a supportive, fun and welcoming environment along with excellent technique instruction. 5.
