Arden Park Dolphins

Established in 1962, the Arden Park Dolphins have been a staple in the Arden Park and Sacramento community. The philosophy and goals of the Arden Park Swim Team are to offer a comprehensive recreational swim program and to provide an enjoyable experience for participants and their families. Each swimmer is encouraged to grow to their full potential. These Northern California Swim League objectives guide us:

1.       To be recreational in nature and to promote good sportsmanship, physical fitness, and team spirit.

2.       To promote the participation throughout the course of the swim season of all swimmers, regardless of swimming proficiency, thereby enabling the maximum number of swimmers to enjoy a well-rounded, recreational program.

3.       To recognize the need for and seek to maintain to the maximum extent possible competitive parity among the teams participating in the League

Assistant Swim Coach
Location: Sacramento, California    Position Type: Part-time/Seasonal Reports To: Head Coach & Board of Directors Job Overview Arden Park Dolphins Swim Team is seeking a passionate and energetic Assistant Swim Coach to support the development of swimmers in a fun, inclusive, and competitive environment. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to conduct practices, provide technical instruction, and foster a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and conducting swim practices for all skill levels. Provide stroke instruction, technique correction, and encouragement to swimmers. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all athletes. Help organize and supervise swim meets, including warm-ups and race strategy.
