The Swim Coach and Instructor plays a pivotal role in building and leading a dynamic swim team that fosters growth, teamwork, and enjoyment. This individual will be passionate about working with swimmers of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, and will develop a strong vision for an engaging and effective swim lesson program. Responsibilities include teaching swimmers of all ages proper techniques and skills, evaluating performance during practices and individual lessons, and delivering constructive feedback in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. POSITION FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: Ensure the safety of swimmers and surroundings to prevent accidents and injuries.
