Position Summary: Under the supervision of the SETS Board of Directors, foster a positive and supportive swimming team environment. The Swim Team Head Coach will instruct the fundamentals of competitive swimming, ensuring a constructive and encouraging atmosphere, and provide effective guidance during training sessions. The Swim Team Coach will oversee all facets of swim team development, including recruitment in accordance with USA Swimming guidelines, administration, and the instruction and supervision of students across all ages and skill levels within the program.
