JOB SUMMARY : WFF is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our coaching staff as a full-time Assistant Coach. Under the direct supervision of the Head Coach, and in accordance with WFF bylaws and policies and procedures, the Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement a comprehensive training program for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Directly responsible for developmental and age group swimmers: writing and conducting workouts, creating season plans, and communication with parents of these swimmers. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation. SALARY: $35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience.
