Lake Central Barracudas

Our team is a year round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide a safe and supportive environment while giving every member an opportunity to improve their swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability. LCB proudly participates in the USA Swimming Safe Sport Program. All of our coaches, as members of the American Swimming Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time. We are a non profit club, run by an elected Board of Directors which meets each month. All members are welcome at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers.

Head Coach - Lake Central Barracudas Swim Club Position Overview: The Lake Central Barracudas Swim Club is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Head Coach to lead our competitive swim program. The Head Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program that fosters individual swimmer growth, team success, and a positive club culture. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to oversee all aspects of the swim program, including coaching, athlete development, and team management.
