Key Responsibilities: Season Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Board, club presidents, and Assistant Coach (if applicable) to create a season training and competition plan. Practice Management: Attend ~3 practices per week and ensure at least one coach is present at each session. Write weekly practice plans and provide guidance to swimmers. Practice sessions are during late hours, typically falling some time between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM. Meet Participation: Attend home meets, away meets, and Nationals (notify the Executive Board 2 weeks in advance if absent).
