The Assistant Swimming Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swimming/Diving Coach with all aspects of a competitive Missouri Valley Women’s Swimming/Diving program. The Assistant Swimming Coach will not only assist with coaching specific swimming skill but also assist with all phases of the recruitment of highly skilled prospective student-athletes from identification and evaluation through  signing them to athletics scholarships, etc. The Assistant Swimming Coach is responsible for conducting all of their duties and activities with integrity and within NCAA rules, Missouri Valley Conference rules, the State of Illinois requirements, Illinois State University and Athletics Department regulations. 1.
