Naval Academy Aquatic Club – Annapolis, MD

The Naval Academy Aquatic Club (NAAC), based at the U.S. Naval Academy in historic Annapolis, MD, is seeking energetic, committed coaches to join our nationally recognized program. We're hiring for all levels of coaches from Developmental (8 &Under),  Age Group (9 -12) and Senior (13+)  level coaching positions.

NAAC is built on a legacy of excellence, tradition, and pride. Our team trains in the world-class 50-meter facility, Lejeune Hall, and is backed by a supportive, competitive culture that values character as much as performance. Coaching at NAAC means being part of something bigger, as our standards strongly align with the mission of the USNA, where swimmers are developed not only as athletes but also as leaders of tomorrow.

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for the sport.

• Knowledge of swim techniques, training methodologies, and competition strategies.
  

• Have past experience as a swimmer and/or coach.
  

• Hold or are willing to obtain USA Swimming certification.
  

• Are excited to mentor athletes and contribute to a championship culture.
