We are seeking part-time experienced and dynamic coaches to assist our Twin Cities Swim Team head coach in the preparation, planning, and operation of swim team practices and competitive meets. The coaching season runs from October through April. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Teach and support the mission of the YMCA. Assist in the development of daily workouts as assigned. Observe and coach participants in proper stroke techniques, based on swim level and ability. Attend home and away meets.
