Position Summary The Assistant Group Coach works closely with the Head Coach and other staff to deliver high-quality training sessions, consistent technical instruction, and a positive team culture. This part-time, hourly role involves on-deck coaching with assigned training groups, assisting at swim meets, and supporting team-wide goals. The ideal candidate brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for developing swimmers at all levels. This coach must actively engage with athletes on a daily basis   to provide encouragement, feedback, and technical support.
