The University of Notre Dame is seeking an experienced and passionate aquatics professional to oversee the Rolfs Aquatic Center, home to Notre Dame’s varsity Swimming and Diving programs and a hub for faculty, staff, students, and community members. This role offers the opportunity to lead daily operations, elevate the student-athlete and fan experience, and ensure the facility remains a premier aquatics venue in collegiate athletics. Reporting to the Department of Athletics, this leader will take charge of all aspects of aquatics management—from water quality and compliance to event operations and staff development.
