Position Summary The Owensboro Marlins are seeking an energetic, experienced, and vision-driven Head Coach to lead our competitive, year round, swim program. The Head Coach will be responsible for the overall direction, leadership, and daily operations of the team, working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure high-quality coaching, athlete development, and program growth. Key Responsibilities Lead all competitive swim practices across age groups; help athletes improve stroke technique, conditioning, and race strategy. Provide season planning, meet selection, and training structure for all training groups. Oversee assistant coaches, including scheduling, mentorship, training standards, and program consistency.
