Napa Valley Swim Team (NVST) is a USA Swimming and Safe Sport accredited competitive swim club serving athletes ages 5–18 across the greater Napa Valley. We are a community-rooted, family-engaged program led by a volunteer parent board, and we are seeking a head coach who combines technical expertise with genuine heart for athlete development. This is a full-time, exempt position responsible for all aspects of coaching leadership — from designing and leading practice schedules 5–6 days per week, to hiring and mentoring assistant coaches, managing meet operations, and building the family and community relationships that define our culture. The head coach also serves as a strategic advocate for athlete progression, including creating collegiate pathways for swimmers with competitive aspirations.
