The Opportunity As a full-time Senior or Age Group Coach, you will join a dynamic family of coaches for the day-to-day development of athletes within your assigned training groups, partner with the Head Coach and Coach Directors in implementation of the season plan, and participate in long-term planning. You will help set the tone for excellence across your site. This is a leadership role for an experienced coach who is ready to build on Machine's culture, drive performance, and invest deeply in the athletes in their practices.
