About Machine Aquatics

Since 2001, Machine Aquatics has built one of the most respected business-minded & competitive swimming programs in USA Swimming. With twelve training sites, more than 900 competitive members (1,600 total), and a reputation for compassionate coaching, we develop swimmers from their very first lap through to NCAA and Olympic Trials. Our coaches don’t just write practices — they shape athletes, mentor young people, and raise the standard for the sport in our community.

We are now hiring full-time & part-time coaches for our Senior and Age Group programs to join our staff and help lead the next generation of Machine swimmers.

The Position We're looking for an energetic, dependable Part-Time Coach to join our staff for the 2026–2027 season and beyond. You'll work alongside our Head Site Coach and Site Directors to deliver Machine's training program, support athletes on deck and in the water, and represent the team at competitions. This is an excellent opportunity for coaches who want to grow within a well-resourced, professionally run program. Responsibilities Practice Lead or assist in supervising athletes during all practices and meets that Machine Aquatics competes in. The Opportunity As a full-time Senior or Age Group Coach, you will join a dynamic family of coaches for the day-to-day development of athletes within your assigned training groups, partner with the Head Coach and Coach Directors in implementation of the season plan, and participate in long-term planning. You will help set the tone for excellence across your site. This is a leadership role for an experienced coach who is ready to build on Machine's culture, drive performance, and invest deeply in the athletes in their practices.
