Summary The YMCA is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Competitive Swimming to lead and grow our competitive swim team program. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the swim team operation, including coaching athletes, supervising staff and volunteers, scheduling practices and meets, managing program budgets, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring compliance with YMCA and USA Swimming standards. The Director will build strong relationships with swimmers, families, staff, and community partners while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
