Job Description: The Aiken-Augusta Swim League (ASL), is seeking a experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic leader to serve as the Head Coach and Program Director of our thriving year-round competitive swim team. Established in 1969, ASL is the premiere swim club in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) encompassing greater Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC (with population approaching 800,000). Our club is set up for success with two tiers of participation including the Local Racing Squad (250+ swimmers), which serves as an entry-level program with flexibility and lower commitment levels for athletes who are new to the sport, and the Travel Squad (130 swimmers), which seeks to develop committed year-round athletes to meet their highest potential through dedication, hard work, and perseverance.
