Department: Aquatics Reports To: Head Swim Coach / Senior Director of Aquatics Position Summary The Part-Time Assistant Swim Coach supports the Aquaflames Swim Team by providing high-quality coaching to swimmers of all ages and competitive levels. The successful candidate will have both USA Swimming coaching experience and a background as a competitive swimmer, allowing them to teach proper technique, training principles, and race strategy while fostering a positive team culture. This position works closely with the Head Coach to develop athletes both in and out of the water while promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and a lifelong love of competitive swimming.
