The Fox Cities YMCA Swim Team (FCYST) is hiring a head swim team coach for our growing competitive club. As a head coach, you’ll work with swimmers of all ages and abilities, sharing your experience as a competitive swimmer & athlete. Lead practices from both the water & from the dry deck and attend all swim meets, including being able to help host events. Coaches within the Y need to be excellent communicators, being able to share athletic information with parents about team activities, practices and events, along with helping to manage team staff.
