New Richmond Area Tiger Sharks swim team is looking for an enthusiastic Head coach. Our club is a part of MN Swimming. We are located just across the border in Wisconsin, a short 30 minutes from St. Paul, MN.

The Head Coach position will provide the opportunity for each athlete to achieve their

ultimate potential through proper training in a positive and healthy environment.

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing a consistent, team-wide coaching

philosophy in an enthusiastic, engaging manner. Program development must be age-

appropriate and emphasize excellence. With the Board of Directors and assistant

coaches coordinates practice schedules and workouts that support both team and

individual goals. Ensures information is communicated in a clear and timely manner

to all. This individual must be comfortable working with all competitive age groups.

Compensation will be based on experience.
