NWAA

Northwest Arkansas Aquatics (NWAA) is seeking a dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic, passionate and highly-skilled CEO/Head Coach for our year-round competitive swim program. Our club is located in Bentonville, Arkansas. NWAA is a long-established 501© (3) non-profit organization supported by a parent-run volunteer Board of Directors elected annually by the membership.

NWAA has swimmers from beginning age group to nationally-ranked athletes. This includes numerous zone, sectional and junior national level athletes. Many of our NWAA alumni have gone on to swim collegiately.

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for all age group levels and the supervision of all NWAA coaches while working towards the achievement of the organization’s goals and mission.

NWAA has a strong relationship with Bentonville Parks and Recreation and uses their pools as our home.

 Our parents and swimmers are engaged and dedicated to the sport of swimming. During the short course season NWAA participates in approximately one to two meets per month leading up to championship season. During the long course season NWAA participates in seven to eight meets leading up to championship season. Included in the meets listed above, NWAA hosts two meets per year, one during short course season (January) and one during long course season (June) Along with the Arkansas State Long Course Championship meet (July).
