FT, Salary, Exempt - Full Benefits and 401k available Summary: In addition to leading skill-based swim and water safety instruction to people of all ages and abilities, the Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations at a specific location.  Program Managers are expected to be in the water, teaching lessons approximately 30 hours per week, with additional administrative duties being performed during unscheduled time. The Program Manager always maintains constant supervision of Swim Instructors and students to ensure safety, while promoting the potential of all students in the program.
