About US: Timm Swimm Inc., dba Danvers YMCA Dolfins: We are a coach-owned YMCA-affiliated team out of the North Shore of Massachusetts. The Danvers YMCA Dolfins collaborate with both the Danvers Community YMCA swim lesson program and the local Swimm with Timm program to provide swimmers with a more comprehensive swim team experience. The swim lesson program curriculum is designed to provide swimmers with a deeper understanding of proper swimming technique. Swimmers come to the program with a strong foundation of skills, and the program is designed to develop swimmers through a technique-centered focus, transforming them into strong swimmers at every level of development, from Age Group to Seniors. 

About Timm Swimm Inc. dba Swimm with Timm: Our motto is "Swimm smarter, not Harder"; we are a skill-based swim lesson program, not an age-based program geared towards developing swimmers' proper swimming technique from their start. All of our group lessons have a low student-to-instructor ratio, allowing us to focus on teaching to each student’s individual needs. We are designed to help kids develop the confidence to grow beyond the basics of swimming. We have outstanding employee reviews and unparalleled student retention in our swim programs.
