To lead, coach, develop and administer all aspects of the men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs within  NCAA , Ivy League and institutional standards. Advanced knowledge and understanding of technical and strategic aspects of swimming. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community. Ability to teach, lead, motivate and guide student-athletes. Ability to recruit effectively with no athletic grants-in-aid and highly selective admissions standards.
