Your Impact: Exciting start-up opportunity for an individual that is passionate about competitive swimming.  The part-time Head Swim Coach will build the program from its infancy at multiple branches in the city of Philadelphia (Columbia North, Christian St., and West Philadelphia YMCA) and manage the swim team in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the YMCA of the USA as well as the rules from their respective swimming leagues.
