Aquatics Program Manager and swim lesson coordinator  The Flagstaff Snow Sharks Swim Team is looking to hire an Aquatics Program Manager and swim lesson coordinator for their non-profit learn-to-swim lesson program in Flagstaff Arizona. This person sets the program schedule, oversees the program on deck during lessons, and performs administrative duties required for the lessons program. The current lesson schedule is Monday-Friday 3-7 pm as well as Saturdays 10-12 pm; we currently have a separate Saturday Supervisor to oversee lessons each week. The administrative responsibilities are primarily done from home. Our swim lessons are held at the Flagstaff High School pool.
