Swim South Bay is an athlete-centered swim program committed to developing confident, skilled swimmers in a positive and supportive environment. We emphasize strong fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of the sport. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Age Group Swim Coach to lead and support young swimmers (ages 6-13). The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young athletes, skilled at teaching stroke technique, and excited to be a part of a collaborative coaching team. We are in search of a coach who is patient and energetic. They will serve as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect. This coach will work closely with the head race team coach and fellow staff to support swimmer progression, prepare athletes for competition, and maintain clear, positive communication with families.  Practices are located in San Jose (Willow Glen neighborhood), Monday through Thursday from 4-7pm.
