Swim South Bay is an athlete-centered swim program committed to developing confident, skilled swimmers in a positive and supportive environment. We emphasize strong fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of the sport. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Age Group Swim Coach to lead and support young swimmers (ages 6-13). The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young athletes, skilled at teaching stroke technique, and excited to be a part of a collaborative coaching team. We are in search of a coach who is patient and energetic. They will serve as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect. We provide a comprehensive program for athletes of all levels, from the beginner swimmer to the Olympian. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time coach to join our close-knit coaching staff and vibrant community. The coach will lead two of our 14 & Under groups and assist with several other groups in our Age Group program.
