PENN Aquatic Club is searching for coaches for our age group swimmers (ages 7-12) on our swim team. The training goals of our age group program are stroke efficiency, technical instruction, racing skills, and team building. PENN competes as a member of USA Swimming. Job Requirements: 6-8 hours per week on deck coaching Developmental and Orange groups Arrives on time to set up and prepare for daily practices. Position Description The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swim Coach with organizing the Allegheny North Swim Club (“ANSC”).  The Assistant Swim Coach assists the Head Swim Coach with, among other things, conducting practices, motivating swimmers, and instructing swimmers in strategies and techniques.     Essential job duties and responsibilities These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the activities, duties and responsibilities of the position.
