Carrollwood Village Swim Team Head Swim Coach/Carrollwood Country Club Tennis and Aquatic Center Director Carrollwood Village Swim Team Head Coach Job Description Carrollwood Village Swim Team is a board-governed, 501(c)(3) non-profit swim club in the neighborhood of Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida.  We have a unique partnership with Carrollwood Country Club, utilizing their pool/facilities. In addition, we have a sister team, located at Heathrow Country Club in Lake Mary, Florida.  We serve a growing community of 70+ competitive swimmers (ages 6–18) and a Master’s program. Our mission is to build strong swimmers and strong individuals through discipline, accountability, and perseverance.
