The Jeff Rouse Swim & Sport Center is currently accepting applications for Aquatics Director. The Aquatics Director is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center Aquatic Department, directly managing the aquatic staff (interview, hire, train, evaluate) and aquatic programs with the continual goal of better usage of the pool and meeting the needs of the community. The Aquatics Director will have the ability to teach or substitute coach swim teams, youth swim lessons or lifeguarding as needed. The Aquatics Director will also maintain all pool operations and oversee all equipment and maintenance to ensure proper pool functioning. This staff will need to secure local, state, regional and national meets and have experience in competitive swimming as a participant or a coach.
