Job Responsibilities: Seeking highly qualified swim instructors 21 years of age or older with a desire to grow into the role of Head of Swim. As Head of Swim, the instructor would: -lead swim team group lessons and home school group lessons -gain expert knowledge in all swim levels and facilitate lessons at those levels -evaluate swim coach performance and provide coaching and feedback -host regular skill trainings to maintain coaching excellence -design swim programming and attract new clients and courses -mediate coach, client and parent concerns -be first point in contact for all things swim at Fast Track Pay starting at $12 + per hour depending on experience.
