This position is designed to support the administration of the Aquatics Center staff. The Assistant Director assists with functional and admistrative responsibility for the programs and events held within the Aquatic Center. Serves as the Meet Director for all Mako Swim Program meets and assists all other Meet Directors for all aquatics special events. Direct the Event Technician staff (7-10 students), including training, supervision, hiring, recruitment, discipline, and scheduling Assist Director with the development, recommendation, and management of aquatic budget. Prepare and present all aquatic event SOP's, all event evaluations, maintains roster of all eternal groups, facility use agreement, certificates of insurance and all event financial summaries.
