Assistant Swim Coach  JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Polar Bears are seeking a full time assistant swim coach. The Polar Bears are entering their 10th season. During this time we have grown into a top 500 team and have produced a variety of age group, sectional, future and junior national swimmers. We are looking for a coach who is eager and passionate about the sport. Someone who pushes our athletes to the very best version of themselves everyday while emphasizing the importance of the team for the individual and collective betterment of all.
