COACH Effective Date: August 1, 2026  Supervisor: CEO/Head Coach, and Head Age Group Coach  General Purpose:  The Senior Assistant Coach will work directly with the Head Coach and Head Age Group coach in all aspects of the program. This position will primarily be responsible for leading a 14&Under group, and assisting with the Senior and/or National groups.  Duties and Responsibilities:  Help design and execute lesson/curriculum plans for Age Group and Senior programs as assigned.  Coordinate travel and expenses with COO/Business Director.  Attend swim meets as assigned.  Attend weekly staff and coach meetings, as assigned.  Administer daily workouts and following a season plan.  Responsible for swim meet entries, communication, etc. for the athletes you coach, or as assigned.  Responsible for group attendance, and communicating group move ups.  Maintain...
