Summary of Position:  Coaches for the Arden Manor Pirate’s provide guidance, leadership, and instruction to the team. This seasonal/temporary position for the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District will oversee the operations of a recreation swim team program. Essential Functions/Duties: Essential Functions/Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Organize and conduct swim team practices with age-appropriate workouts including an emphasis on technique, stroke development, drills, and endurance-fitness in a fun and safe environment.
