Job Overview:  The Part Time Assistant Coaches role is to assist the head coach during daily swim practices, provide feedback to athletes, attend swim meets, and foster a safe and supportive environment for young developing swimmers. Assistant Coach will coach all levels of the team from pre competition level to Senior level. Summary of Position:  Coaches for the Arden Manor Pirate’s provide guidance, leadership, and instruction to the team. This seasonal/temporary position for the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District will oversee the operations of a recreation swim team program.
