Responsibilities:  The Aquatics Director/Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for managing operations of aquatics facilities, policies, and pool schedule for open swim, swim activities, swimming programs, excellent skilled instruction, training, and strategies to achieve success. Supervise the day-to-day activities of staff and volunteers including teaching aquatic safety and certifications as needed. Oversees the organization, implementation, promotion and evaluation of the aquatics programs and facilities to include collegiate use, collegiate extra-curricular use, community use and pool programming. Adheres to aquatic safety guidelines and university procedures. Pueblo Swim Club is the fastest-growing USA Swimming program in the State of Colorado. With excellent support from a newly appointed parent board, and the new hire of Head Coach Tucker Rivera, the PSC program is already proving to be the best "small club" in the state. We train in three groups: an AG Team for beginners 12U, a Zones Team for Advanced Swimmers 11-15, and a Pro-Am group for athletes 13O. Weekend Availability is required for practices and meets .
