Hickam Hurricanes located on Camp Smith Marine Corp Base, Honolulu HI is seeking a motivated and training oriented Head Coach to run our year round competitive swim team. The Head Coach will report to the parent led Board of Directors and will be asked to manage all day-to-day wetside operations of Hickam Hurricanes. In addition to coaching no less than 2 groups, the Head Coach will supervise and train assistant coaches.  Expected Job Duties: Serve as the Head Swim Coach for the team’s competitive swim program:  Prioritize the safety of all swimmers during practices and at meets, follow proper protocol and guidelines set forth by Hawaiian Swimming, the LSC and Hickam Hurricanes.
