We are seeking a part-time experienced and dynamic Head Swim Team Coach to lead our Twin Cities Swim Team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in the preparation, planning, and operation of swim team practices and competitive meets. The coaching season runs from October through April. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Works with all swimmers to teach teamwork and proper swim techniques and strategies. Encourages fun, enjoyment of sport, individual and team progress and swimmers reaching their potential. Prepares practice and meet schedules/locations and proactively communicates this information to parents/families/guardians and select staff. Assists with selecting assistant coach(es). Set and evaluate swim team members individual goals; provide individual and team feedback for improvement and recognition.
