Essential Duties and Accountabilities: Supports the fundamental philosophy, skills and techniques for the program Maintains a knowledge of all sport, school, league, section and state rules and by-laws Foster training in conduct, ethics and sportsmanship for all athletes and coaches Supervision of the athletes before, during and after workouts Shall continually update professional expertise in the appropriate area by attending clinics, joining professional organizations, reading professional literature or any other acceptable means Work with the Athletic Director to solve problems at the lowest level while supporting the ideas of the program/parent/coaches concerning procedures Shall perform such necessary details in this position which are not specifically stated but which are considered by competent authorities to be generally associated with the assistant coaching position Desired Experience, Competencies and Education: Demonstrates three-years of...
