The Greensboro Swimming Association (GSA) is seeking an experienced, organized, and visionary leader to serve as Head Coach and lead all aspects of its year-round competitive swimming program. Entering its 80th year, GSA is one of the longest-standing competitive swim programs in North Carolina and trains primarily at the Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC), one of the premier aquatic facilities in the United States. GSA has a strong tradition of developing swimmers from introductory levels through national-level competition while fostering a culture centered on excellence, accountability, athlete development, and team success.
