Position Overview Waynesville Blue Dolphins is seeking a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and 2 Coaches -in-Training (CIT) to lead a competitive, athlete-centered summer swim program. Head CoThe role oversees program direction, swimmer development, and coaching staff leadership.
