GENERAL DESCRIPTION:       Hargrave Military Academy is looking for a Program Director (PD) to take this sport to the next level. As a PD, the goal is to build the entire program into a program of athletic excellence. The PD will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aquatic facility, team scheduling, team practices, and oversee and support the middle school, junior varsity, and varsity programs.
