JRSSC is currently looking for Swim Instructors.  The Swim Instructor teaches swim lessons to members and guests of the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center. The Swim Instructor will report directly to the Assistant Aquatics Director and Aquatics Director. With this goal in mind, all instructors are required to use competitive swimming terminology when instructing students on the basics of swimming and stroke technique (eg, freestyle instead of front crawl, bilateral breathing instead of rotary breathing). Tsunami's Swim & Stay Fit (SSF) program encourages fitness and good stroke technique through weekly hour-long workouts.
