Established in 2010 and offering elite training in Tennis, Golf, Soccer, and Beach Volleyball alongside a fully accredited high school, RPS is seeking an experienced and well-connected Head Coach to lead and build the swimming program. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in coaching and recruiting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to attract talented student-athletes to help establish a high-performance, college-preparatory swimming environment.
