Position Summary The Sevier Aquatic Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Head Coach to lead and grow our competitive swim program. The Head Coach will oversee athlete development, manage assistant coaches, coordinate competitions, and partner with the SAC Board to strengthen the club’s long-term success. This is an opportunity for a motivated coach to shape the vision of a developing program , build a strong team culture, and help swimmers reach their full potential in and out of the water. SAC is a year-round team of about 70 athletes, and a learn-to-swim program of 20 swimmers. A Head Coach at SAC will be responsible for the year-round USA Swim team, the local Summer League team, and will have the option to also be the Sevier County High School swim team’s Head Coach.
