Inspire Swimming Our mission: inspire swimmers to reach their full potential both in and out of the pool through meaningful, supportive, and individual coaching. We are a small club (~80 swimmers) located in Houston (training at 2603 Timmons Ln, Houston, TX 77027). Job Description We are looking for a motivated and engaging individual to assist with our developmental 9-12 group, our advanced 9-12 group, and occasionally with our senior swimmers (13-18). Our primary criteria: ability and/or desire to coach actively and thoroughly from a technical aspect, plus character and values that the kids can emulate. Ideally, candidates have age group coaching experience and over a decade of personal swimming experience. Coach will be expected to attend all practices and meets as assigned. With a roster of over 200 athletes, and utilization of 3 local pools, BTA is seeking motivated and experienced coaches to assist groups within our growing team, including our Learn to Swim program. They will work with the Head Coach, Head Age Group Coach, and other Lead Coaches to develop the team through technique-based practices, advanced training, dry land assistance, and other duties as required. Job description About Fast Track Swimming Water Safety: We offer students a variety of swim and sport programs at Fast Track, none as important as our Infant and Toddler Water Safety Program. Our philosophy fosters the development of water safety for children 6 months-3 years old, allowing them to learn the skills necessary to survive and thrive in the water: rolling to their back, floating, swimming back to the edge of the pool, and exiting the pool to avoid drowning.
