Inspire Swimming Our mission: inspire swimmers to reach their full potential both in and out of the pool through meaningful, supportive, and individual coaching. We are a small club (~80 swimmers) located in Houston (training at 2603 Timmons Ln, Houston, TX 77027). Job Description We are looking for a motivated and engaging individual to assist with our developmental 9-12 group, our advanced 9-12 group, and occasionally with our senior swimmers (13-18). Our primary criteria: ability and/or desire to coach actively and thoroughly from a technical aspect, plus character and values that the kids can emulate. Ideally, candidates have age group coaching experience and over a decade of personal swimming experience. Coach will be expected to attend all practices and meets as assigned. During the school year, we practice weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. In the summer, we practice weekday mornings and some evenings as well as Saturday mornings....

The ERJCC Head Swim Team Coach is a leadership position for the youth swim team.  This position will work closely with the Director of Aquatics to build, grow, and lead the swim team.  The Head Swim Team Coach will lead practices and competitions.  They will also communicate to all team members and families to inform and motivate the team.  Recruiting and retention will be key priorities.
