The ERJCC Head Swim Team Coach is a leadership position for the youth swim team.  This position will work closely with the Director of Aquatics to build, grow, and lead the swim team.  The Head Swim Team Coach will lead practices and competitions.  They will also communicate to all team members and families to inform and motivate the team.  Recruiting and retention will be key priorities. They will work with the Head Coach, Head Age Group Coach, and other Lead Coaches to develop the team through technique-based practices, advanced training, dry land assistance, and other duties as required.
