The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swim Coach with organizing the Allegheny North Swim Club (“ANSC”).  The Assistant Swim Coach assists the Head Swim Coach with, among other things, conducting practices, motivating swimmers, and instructing swimmers in strategies and techniques.     Essential job duties and responsibilities These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the activities, duties and responsibilities of the position. Lower Moreland Swim is a competitive, year-round USA Swim Team in the suburban Philadelphia region. We are currently looking for coaches with high energy and a passion for swimming to join our coaching staff. The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for providing instruction and feedback to swimmers in our program, which ranges from developmental to senior level athletes. Assistant Coaches are also responsible for promoting a positive training environment and fostering relationships with parents and swimmers. Multiple part-time positions are available with the flexibility for either a year-round or seasonal (September through June) role.
