Position Overview We are seeking an organized, motivated, and supportive coach who can bring structure, expertise, and enthusiasm to our practices. The ideal candidate balances discipline and encouragement—someone who can push our swimmers to improve while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.    ⸻   Responsibilities Coach at all practices, 9 PM to 10:20 PM Monday through Thursday.
